who would've that this white rapper from Detroit would blow up to be this huge hip hop artist that alotta people would look up to. He's proved to people that the colour of your skin has nothing to do with going for what you love doing in life and he's recently proved again that he is one of the best there is in the hip hop game by being the FIRST HIP HOP ARTIST TO ACHIEVE 1 BILLION VIEWS ON YOUTUBE.
Within his 13-year career as a major label artist, Eminem has released 28 official videos on his official YouTube page.
His latest video from the Recovery album is "Space Bound"
social media tracker Famecount.com found that Eminem has not only joined Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber in the ranks of Youtube's Artists-With-One-Billion-Views Club, but has now surpassed Gaga as the most "liked" artist on Facebook. He currently has 28.88 million Facebook fans, while Gaga is close behind with 28.87 million. Both are led by Michael Jackson, who maintains 29.13 million fans.

Lupe Fiasco To Move To Africa & Make Rock Music?
Lupe Fiasco's long awaited Laser's leaked on the net this past week and seems like people had alot of negative things to say bout it. In an interview with Kevin W. Reese from Hot 97, Lupe focused on the future.
When asked where he sees himself in five years, Lupe had a surprising answer. "Hopefully I'll be out of my traditional record deal, the record deal I'm in right now. Probably living in Africa somewhere, making rock music," he said. When pressed if he was serious Lupe laughed and said, "Who knows man? Who knows? I don't know."
The Chi-Town emcee then elaborated on his wish to be free of Atlantic Records. "Yeah, yeah. I would rather be independent, I would take that," he said, before adding that independence isn't the easy way out. "Independent comes with its own set of consequences, so that takes preparation. The same way you prepare to come into a record deal, you need to prepare to come into an indie situation because there is a lot of things you're going to lose taking that route."

Its that time again when artists find out by a show of album sales whether the public loves their music or if people think what they are doin is just a complete flop
The four top urban artists were within 4,000 units of each other, approximately speaking. Bruno Mars' Doo Wops & Hooligans fell one spot, to #6.
Eminem's Recovery also went down one spot. Earlier this week, a bunch of leaked material hit the Internet from the late '00s, recording by the Aftermath Entertainment superstar. Rihanna's Loud climbed two spots, returning to its #8 from two weeks ago. Nicki Minaj held strong at #9 with Pink Friday.
